Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Senior Manager at Vianaar Homes in New Delhi. We're also hiring for Goa. The Senior Manager roles in both Goa and Delhi will oversee and manage multiple real estate development projects, ensuring quality, design, and timely completion. Responsibilities include collaborating with design teams, architects, and industry professionals, as well as implementing eco-friendly practices and green initiatives.
Qualifications
- Project management, construction management, and real estate development skills.
- Experience in overseeing multiple development projects.
- Knowledge of design principles, architectural aesthetics, and quality standards.
- Green building practices and sustainability knowledge.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and manage diverse stakeholders.
- Experience in the real estate industry, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or related field.
