Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-orientedCNC Programmerto join our programming team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs for coding and designing for our clients. This role requires strong knowledge of Generating G-code, CAD/CAM software, tooling, and machining processes to ensure precision, efficiency, and quality in production.Key Responsibilities: Develop, write, and test CNC programs for a variety of machines (e.g., sawjet, CNC polisher, mills, lathes). Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and CAD models to determine machining requirements. Select appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and machining strategies. Optimize existing programs for efficiency, accuracy, and cycle time reduction. Collaborate with machinists and engineers to troubleshoot and refine processes. Perform first-article inspections and support production with technical expertise. Maintain documentation and program archives. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.Qualifications: Engineering graduate with B.Tech Mech preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Programmer (1-3 years preferred). Proficiency with CAM software (e.g., Alphacam, Fusion 360, Solidworks, etc.). Strong understanding of G-code, M-code, and CNC machine operations. Familiarity with various materials (e.g., metal, wood, stone, aluminum, steel, etc). Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
