This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for managing and growing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator with a passion for delivering value to clients and achieving business goals.Key Responsibilities:- Manage and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying new sales opportunities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) to deliver tailored solutions- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, industry developments, and competitor activity- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and negotiations- Monitor and track sales performance using CRM and reporting tools- Ensure timely and accurate documentation of all client interactions and sales activities- Handle client inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure client Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management- Strong Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field- Ability to work full-time on-site in Delhi, OH- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively (ref:iimjobs.com)
