Job Summary:

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as a Manager in the GST profile. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of GST compliance, ensuring accurate and timely filings, and managing related litigation and reconciliations, along with in-depth knowledge of GST provisions. The position demands 3-5 years of post qualification relevant experience in GST-related functions.

Key Responsibilities

- GST Compliance Management: Ensure full adherence to GST laws and regulations, preparation, review, and timely submission of all GST returns (e.g., GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9), ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory deadlines.

- Handling GST Litigation: Manage GST-related disputes and litigation processes and coordinate with legal advisors.

- GST Reconciliation: Perform detailed reconciliations of GST data with books of accounts, input tax credits (ITC), and financial statements to identify and resolve discrepancies.

- Liaison and Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for liaising with internal teams, other departments, external auditors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth GST operations.

- Knowledge Application and Advisory: Must have sound knowledge of GST provisions and interpret changes in GST laws.

- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare periodic reports on GST status, analyze trends, and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risks.

- Team Leadership: Mentor junior staff and foster a collaborative environment.
