Job Description– Technical Lead (Full Stack)-TypeScript, React.js, Node.js, and PostgreSQL. Location: Chennai- Onsite Experience required: 7+ years of full-stack development experience with at least 2+ years in a lead/mentorship role. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in front-end and back-end technologies, proven leadership skills, and the ability to design, develop, and deliver scalable applications. You will guide a team of engineers, drive best practices, and collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders.Key Responsibilities Lead a team of developers in designing, building, and maintaining a full-stack applications. Architect, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and high-performance web solutions. Collaborate with Product, QA, and DevOps teams to ensure timely and quality delivery. Mentor and coach team members, fostering technical excellence and knowledge sharing. Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure best practices in software development. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where relevant. . Advanced knowledge of Azure Cloud. Experience withRESTful APIs, GraphQL, and microservices architecture. Solid understanding of cloud platforms(Azure)and CI/CD pipelines. Strong knowledge ofsystem design, design patterns, and software architecture. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Familiarity withAgile/Scrum methodologies.
