Join our dynamic team to drive the creation and delivery of transformative AI/ML solutions.Role:As Technical Lead, you will own the end-to-end technical delivery of AI/ML products, providing strategic direction, hands-on expertise, and strong leadership to engineering teams. You’ll be responsible for the architecture, development, and deployment of advanced GenAI systems.Key Responsibilities:- Exp in leading the team in Software Product Engineering, Software Development with at least 6 -8 years RDBMS etc. - Leading the Team - Architect, design, and lead the development of Agentic systems, GenAI models, and algorithms using Python and relevant frameworks. - Drive the implementation of Generative AI solutions, including NLP, embedding models, RAG, and related technologies. - Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI/ML products. - Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI/ML and GenAI technologies and incorporate them into ongoing projects. - Mentor, guide, and lead engineering teams, fostering innovation and best practices. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define requirements, scope projects, and ensure timely delivery. - Communicate technical concepts and project progress effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Manage technical risks and resolve challenges in product delivery. - Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and performance benchmarks.Required Qualifications:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields. - 8–12 years of software engineering with Product Development experience, with at least 2–3 years in Python/ Java experience and AI/ML technologies and applications. - Required experience in deploying at Cloud with at least 2 – 3 yrs. - Experience in developing and deploying GenAI solutions, NLP, Agentic Systems, and deep learning models, AI Product Solutions is a big plus good understanding of software development lifecycle - Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design principles. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD processes. - Leadership Skills , communication, problem-solving, and team management skills.What We Offer:- Competitive compensation and benefits package. - Opportunities for career advancement and professional development. - A collaborative, innovative, and inclusive work environment. - Chance to work on impactful, real-world AI/ML projects.How to Apply:If you are a visionary leader passionate about AI/ML and GenAI, please submit your resume and a cover letter to sayalee.kulkarni@misticusmind.com detailing your relevant experience and why you are the ideal candidate for this position.
