Job Title: Tele-Sales Senior ExecutiveIndustry: Real Estate (HSR Layout)Location: BangaloreSalary Range: 20,000 - 40,000 Plus Incentives (Dependent on Experience)Job Type: Full-TimeJob Overview:We are seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele-caller Sales Executives/Senior Executives in the real estate industry. The ideal candidates will have a background in inside sales, possess excellent communication skills, and be comfortable working in a target-driven environment. This role involves office-based work and extensive calling to potential clients.Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients in the real estate industry.Explain the features and benefits of our real estate properties to potential customers.Provide information about current market trends, pricing, and financing options.Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer inquiries effectively.Record and update customer information in the CRM system.Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster repeat business.Collaborate with the sales team to achieve overall company objectives.Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.Requirements:Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the real estate industry.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.Prior experience in tele calling and customer relationship management.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary with the opportunity for performance-based incentives.1 day off to maintain work-life balance.Training and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and supportive work environment.Opportunity for career advancement within the organization.How to Apply:Interested candidates should submit their resume along with a cover letter to hiring@starestate.in.Note:This is a full-time office-based position, and candidates with relevant experience in real estate inside sales are encouraged to apply.
