Job Description: As an Instructional Design Reviewer, you are responsible for managing the instructional design components of assigned projects, maintaining high-quality standards, and contributing to the development of innovative digital learning solutions.

KEY EXPECTATIONS


• Minimum 5 to 6 years of experience working on core digital learning/e-learning projects

  • Should be able to play a lead role. Perform reviews of deliverables (infographics and course storyboards)


• Strong understanding of digital learning development principles and practices
• Experience in following established processes and guidelines in project execution
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Independent, proactive, and self-motivated
• CORE TASKS Review storyboards for CTE courses to ensure accuracy, clarity, and instructional effectiveness.
• Evaluate content for alignment with state standards, career pathways, and industry requirements.
• Review the pedagogical approach, making sure of age-appropriate engagement and instructional strategies.
• Provide feedback on content flow, learning objectives, and assessment alignment.
• Ensure technical terminology and industry-specific concepts are correctly presented.
• Collaborate with instructional designers, and subject matter experts to refine materials.
