We are looking for a highly skilled and charismatic Tele Sales Executive (preferably female) with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to convince and convert leads into academy enrollments and gym memberships through phone conversations and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Lead Conversion
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and fitness enthusiasts to promote WTF Academy courses and gym memberships.
- Engage with inbound leads, explain course details, and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Use persuasive communication and negotiation skills to close sales efficiently.
- Conduct face-to-face meetings with walk-in clients at the gym to provide personalized sales consultations.
Customer Engagement & Relationship Building
- Build strong relationships with potential students, gym members, and corporate clients.
- Follow up on leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to ensure maximum conversion.
- Provide exceptional customer support and after-sales service to enrolled students and members.
Marketing & Outreach
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns for the academy and gym services.
- Suggest and implement new sales techniques and strategies to improve outreach.
- Represent WTF Gyms Academy at fitness events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
Sales Reporting & Targets
- Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, conversions, and feedback.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1-4 years of experience in tele sales, inside sales, customer service, or fitness sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – must be confident, articulate, and persuasive.
- Ability to handle objections and convince potential customers effectively.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills to achieve high conversion rates.
- Experience using CRM tools, sales tracking software, and Microsoft Office.
- Passion for fitness and wellness is a plus
