Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Hiring Operations Specialist to streamline and oversee the operational aspects of the recruitment process. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring experience for both candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Operational Coordination:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment operations, ensuring timely execution of hiring processes.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify bottlenecks in the recruitment workflow and implement improvements to enhance efficiency.

Scheduling and Logistics:

  • Coordinate interviews, assessments, and onboarding schedules, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Data Management:

  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems with accuracy and precision.

Reporting:

  • Generate and analyze reports on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance rates, and pipeline status.

Compliance Management:

  • Ensure all hiring operations comply with company policies, client requirements, and labor regulations.

Stakeholder Communication:

  • Act as a point of contact between recruitment teams, clients, and candidates to resolve issues and streamline processes.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive experience for candidates by providing timely updates and addressing queries effectively.

Vendor Coordination:

  • Manage relationships with recruitment vendors and external partners to ensure quality service delivery.

Training Support:

  • Assist in training new team members on operational processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in recruitment operations or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
