Position: Business HR

Location: Warangal (approximately 155 km away from Hyderabad)

We are seeking a Business HR professional to oversee and manage HR operations at our Warangal location. This role requires a dynamic individual who can efficiently handle employee engagement, HR processes, and operational activities. Below are the detailed responsibilities for the role:

Key Responsibilities:

Daily Attendance:

- Monitor and ensure accurate tracking of employee attendance records.
- Address attendance discrepancies and maintain compliance with company policies.

Roster Maintenance:

- Prepare and manage employee work schedules, including shift planning.
- Ensure smooth functioning of operations by aligning resources effectively.

Outreach:

- Act as a bridge between employees and management.
- Address employee concerns and provide relevant information or solutions.

New Joiner Connect/Assimilation:

- Facilitate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
- Ensure a smooth transition of new employees into the organization and culture.

Mid-Year & Annual Appraisals:

- Assist in the performance appraisal process, including feedback collection and analysis.
- Work closely with managers to ensure timely and fair evaluations.

Frontline Assessments:

- Conduct regular assessments of frontline staff to evaluate their performance.
- Identify training needs and provide recommendations for improvement.

Productivity Discussions:

- Initiate and participate in discussions with employees to improve productivity levels.
- Address any challenges or obstacles affecting individual or team performance.

Ask HR Session:

- Organize and conduct open forums for employees to discuss their queries and concerns.
- Provide timely resolutions and communicate HR policies effectively.

Engagement Activities:

- Plan and execute employee engagement programs to boost morale and motivation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

NDC, Confirmation & Darwin Box Updates:

- Handle No Dues Certificate (NDC) processes and employee confirmations.
- Maintain and update employee records on HR management tools like Darwin Box.

Interviews:

- Coordinate and conduct interviews for new roles.
- Work closely with hiring managers to find the right talent for the organization.

Onboarding & Induction:

- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Conduct induction sessions to introduce company policies, culture, and expectations.

Addressing Employee Grievances and Problems:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee concerns or grievances.
- Provide solutions in alignment with company policies and ensure employee satisfaction.
