Business Development Representative (Inside sales)


Location: Gurgaon(on-site)


Below is the JD for the role:


· Research and build contact lists, make outbound cold calls/emails to those who fit our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and will then partner with Account Manager to get customers onboarded.

· Roughly 70% of the time required to be spent on the phone or email prospecting for new clients

· Generate high-volume quality leads through various direct sales efforts such as calls, emails, events, webinars, and other channels generated by marketing initiatives.

· Make daily outbound calls/emails to target prospects.

· Follow up on all calls and emails until meetings are booked or you have been able to move the prospect through the funnel.

· Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of meetings, demos, and qualified leads worked with Account Manager

· Establish BANT by asking the right questions about the prospect's business, and their challenges, and helping them understand how company will help them solve those challenges

· Effectively build and execute a target achievement plan to maximize output.

· Should be able to individually drive the sales conversation for cross-selling and upselling in existing accounts

Should be able to achieve sales quota for mapping new stakeholders in the existing account.
