Head - Business Development - Builder Relations & Inventory Management


Location: Gurugram.

Exp: 15+ years.

Responsibilities:

- Identify and establish relationships with builders and developers for potential collaboration on their existing and new projects.

- Assess the worthiness of prospective builders and developers based on predefined criteria set by the company, including track record, financial stability, quality of previous projects, adherence to timelines, and reputation in the industry.

- Conduct due diligence on builder and developer backgrounds, reviewing past performance, customer feedback, and any legal or regulatory issues.

- Negotiate contracts and agreements with builders and developers, ensuring favorable terms for the company.

- Collaborate with legal and finance teams to review contracts, agreements, and financial documents related to builder partnerships, identifying any potential risks or discrepancies.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for builders and developers, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.

- Maintaining an optimal level of inventory to ensure the Sales team has a diverse portfolio of products available for Graduation or post-graduation in business, management or a related field.

- Proven experience of 15 yrs or more in real estate industry in a similar role.

- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with builders, developers, and other stakeholders.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Solid understanding of the real estate market in India, including regulatory requirements and industry trends.

- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced start-up environment
