Position Description


We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Associate Consultant. The Associate Consultant will work closely with our senior consultants and project teams to analyze current Processes, behaviors, and technology, and work with multiple levels of our client’s management teams to effect change and deliver improvements responsibilities.


· Managing and/or participating on cross-function teams

· Assisting BPR solutions to Senior Consultant

· Documenting and report making

· Will help achieve the project agenda that is promised to the client


Key Responsibilities:

· Map current processes & control systems

· Identify gaps & areas of improvement

· Develop new/modify existing processes.

· Drive the client to implement the agreed solutions

· The Associate would operate in wide areas ranging from operations to logistics to sales to services across all industry verticals.

· Must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.

· The day-to-day activities of the Associate would be essentially entrepreneurial in nature and project-based. Projects can vary in length depending on the kind of change involved and the client's demands.

· The Associate should be willing to work On-site at the project location. Projects typically would be of the duration of 12-20 weeks.


Daily Activities:


· Perform analysis and studies directly on the shop floor.

· Interview client personnel, including employees and management, to gather relevant data.

· Prepare and deliver presentations based on findings.

· Manage a team of consultants and coordinate their activities.

· Identify key issues from studies and data analysis.

· Guide clients in pinpointing critical issues and formulate effective recommendations and solutions.

· Ensure clients receive the necessary support to implement recommendations.

· Lead and manage both internal team members' and clients' resources, overseeing the program's progress.

· Address and resolve behavioral issues within the client team.

· Escalate issues as necessary to ensure effective problem resolution


Requirements and skills:


· Proficient in identifying and resolving complex challenges within dynamic work settings.

· Demonstrated ability to effectively navigate through changing environments and adapt strategies accordingly.

· Capable of fostering collaboration and maximizing team performance through supportive coaching and guidance

· Possesses an exceptional command of Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and Utilizes MS Office tools proficiently to streamline processes, analyze data, and create impactful presentations

· Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling clear and concise articulation of ideas and concepts


Qualification & Experience:


· MBA Graduate. Preferably Freshers.

· Preferably looking for MBA Freshers or someone with 0-1 year of experience.

· Experience in Operational excellence/Industrial Engineering/Lean manufacturing will be a bonus
