We are seeking a skilled and compassionate audiologist to join our dynamic team. As an audiologist, you will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating patients with hearing and balance disorders. You will also be responsible for providing comprehensive audiological services remotely to patients, utilizing advanced telecommunication technologies, ensuring they receive high-quality care from the comfort of their own homes.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct remote assessments and evaluations of patients' auditory and vestibular systems using Tele audiology equipment and software.


  • Interpret test results, diagnose hearing and balance disorders, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.


  • Provide counseling and education to patients and their families regarding hearing conservation, communication strategies, and the use of assistive listening devices.


  • Recommend and fit hearing aids, remotely, ensuring proper function and optimal performance.


  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment findings, treatment plans, and progress notes


  • Stay informed about advancements in Tele audiology technology and best practices, participating in continuing education and professional development activities as needed.


  • Promote Tele audiology services and advocate for the integration of telehealth into mainstream healthcare delivery models.


Qualifications:


  • BASLP or MASLP from an accredited institution.


  • Valid state license or certification to practice audiology.


  • Minimum of 1 years of clinical experience as an Audiologist


  • Proficiency in using Tele audiology equipment and software platforms for remote assessments and consultations.


  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and collaborate effectively.


  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care and promoting accessibility to audiological services through telehealth.
