Evaluation and Diagnosis: Perform comprehensive audiological assessments to evaluate patients' hearing abilities, including pure-tone audiometry, speech audiometry, immittance testing, otoacoustic emissions, and auditory brainstem response testing. Use specialized equipment to assess balance and vestibular function.

Treatment and Rehabilitation: Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with hearing loss, tinnitus, auditory processing disorders, and balance disorders. Recommend and fit appropriate hearing aids, assistive listening devices, and other hearing assistive technologies. Provide counseling and rehabilitation services to improve communication and maximize functional hearing.

Pediatric Audiology: Conduct hearing assessments for infants and children, including newborn hearing screenings, play audiometry, and visual reinforcement audiometry. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as pediatricians and speech-language pathologists, to provide early intervention and comprehensive care for children with hearing impairments.

Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about hearing loss, the impact on communication, and available treatment options. Provide guidance on hearing conservation strategies and the prevention of noise-induced hearing loss.

Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including assessment results, treatment plans, progress notes, and correspondence with other healthcare providers. Adhere to legal and ethical standards regarding patient confidentiality and privacy.

Research and Continuing Education: Stay updated with the latest advancements in audiology by participating in professional development activities, attending conferences, and reading scientific literature. Contribute to research studies and clinical trials to advance the field of audiology.

Equipment Maintenance: Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of audiological equipment. Stay knowledgeable about emerging technologies and assistive listening devices.

Patient Advocacy: Advocate for patients with hearing loss by promoting awareness, accessibility, and equal opportunities in education, employment, and public settings. Collaborate with community organizations and support groups to provide resources and support to individuals with hearing impairments.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
