Hearing Aid Audiologist

1. To provide all the speech and hearing related clinical consultation, performing tests, professional reporting and communication.

2. To demonstrate latest technology and create the best user experience.

3. Oversee the hiring, orienting, and training of an organization's customer experience team.

4. Define and implement standards/procedures for ensuring optimal customer experience.

5. Conduct surveys to gather information on customer opinion of rendered services.

6. Utilize social media platforms in reaching out to customers to help resolve issues and provide quick response to inquiries.

7. Supervise the activities of customer experience team to ensure their interaction with customers reflect positively on the company.

8. Liaise with the production and creative departments to ensure delivery of high-quality products and services.

9. Establish communication mediums through which customers can readily contact a company and vice versa.

10. Oversee the restructuring of an organization into a customer-focused establishment.

11. Monitor the activities of the customer service team to ensure compliance with acceptable standards of customer service.

12. Prepare and manage annual budgets in achieving set objectives and goals.

13. Conduct studies and research to discover new techniques necessary for improving customer experience.

14. Organize training programs for customer experience representatives in order to update their job knowledge and enhance their skills.

15. Oversee the merchandising of products in an outlet to ensure it entices purchase.

16. Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools in coordinating and monitoring customer experience operations.

17. Attend seminars, workshops, and conferences to improve on existing job knowledge.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹44,920.88 per month
