Job Summary:

ACME Group(Website: www.acme.in) is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Lead to oversee and drive human resources functions at our company. The ideal candidate will have over a decade of HR experience within the manufacturing or automobile sectors, demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in managing all aspects of HR operations, including payroll, time office, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and create effective job descriptions.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

Learning & Development:

- Identify training and development needs within the company.

- Design and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.

- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments.

Talent Management:

- Implement talent management strategies to ensure a high-performing workforce.

- Develop and oversee performance management processes, including goal setting and performance reviews.

- Create career development plans for employees to support their growth within the organization.

Payrolling & Time Office:

- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation.

- Manage time office functions, including attendance tracking and leave management.

- Resolve payroll and timekeeping issues in collaboration with the finance team.

Statutory Compliances:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of statutory requirements and implement necessary changes.

- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards.

Employee Engagement & Retention:

- Develop and implement strategies to boost employee morale and engagement.

- Address employee grievances and resolve conflicts effectively.

- Foster a positive work environment and promote a culture of inclusion and respect.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Educational Background: MBA/MSW (Full-Time) with a focus on Human Resources or related fields.

- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of HR experience, with significant time spent in the manufacturing or automobile industries.

- Talent Acquisition: Proven ability to attract and hire high-quality talent.

- Learning & Development: Strong background in designing and delivering effective training programs.

- Talent Management: Expertise in performance management and career development.

- Payrolling & Time Office: Experience with payroll systems and timekeeping processes.

- Statutory Compliances: In-depth knowledge of labour laws and compliance requirements.

- Employee Engagement & Retention: Skilled in implementing strategies to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.

Preferred Industry Experience: Solar Equipment Manufacturing Sector

Key Competencies:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
