Role: QA Intern


We are seeking passionate and self-motivated individuals to join our team as QA Interns, who would love to make aspiring games.


Employment Type: Internship (Paid)

Seniority Level: Entry-Level

Duration: 3 Months

Preferred Starting Date: 4th November, 2024

Location: Pune (On-Site)


Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the project team to test specific video game titles, ensuring the highest level of quality.
  • Conduct thorough testing of all games to identify and document issues, including detailed descriptions, reproduction steps, and severity ratings.
  • Document bugs in a centralized database and work closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
  • Work alongside designers, artists, and programmers to provide feedback and suggestions for improving the overall gaming experience.
  • Participate in regular meetings and discussions to address issues, share insights, and propose enhancements.


Requirements:

  • Strong critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues and bugs in games effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, capable of describing identified issues clearly and concisely.
  • Methodical, scientific, and analytical mindset, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Knowledge of PC, console, and mobile platforms, including hardware and software aspects.
  • Passion for gaming and a deep understanding of gaming mechanics and trends.
  • Proficiency in using spreadsheets, MS Office, and PC and internet applications.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changes in project requirements and instructions, and willingness to work on-site in one of our office hubs at Magarpatta, Pune.
