About the Role:

A typical day includes these activities:

- Edit web content for product launches, events and marketing campaigns across multiple regional websites using approved pre-built templates in our CMS (AEM)

- Create campaign landing pages ensuring accurate tracking is implemented

- Creation of localization requests, stage and review & publish on regional websites

- Work with cross-functional groups to implement new features and updates across the regional websites

- Build emails, forms and nurture programs

- Adhere to company design, accessibility, and production guidelines

- Actively QA our sites to find typos, bugs and other areas to improve

- Maintain other process documentation relating to our CMS.

Basic Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years web production working with websites, emails and assets

- Experience in editing and publishing content for multiple locales/regions

- Expert knowledge of content management systems (AEM), digital asset manager (DAM) and marketing automation systems (Marketo)

- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-country environment

Other Qualifications:

- Experience with completing tasks by aligning with cross-functional leads on priority and scope

- Excellent multitasker

- Passion to work cross-functionally to identify process improvement opportunities.

- Highly organized with unfailing attention to detail

- Excellent communication with complex technical issues in a simplified manner to non-technical audiences.

- English language fluency both written and verbal.

- Multilingual (Chinese, Japanese and/or Korean)
