Job Description:

We are looking for ambitious, dynamic, and results-driven Real Estate Sales Executives to join our high-energy team in Indore. If you're someone who dreams big, thrives under pressure, and wants to earn what you're truly worth, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage with home buyers and property investors to build long-term trust.
  • Conduct both physical and virtual site visits, matching clients with the right properties.
  • Negotiate deals with urgency, professionalism, and a customer-first mindset.
  • Use CRM and digital tools to manage your pipeline and client communication.
  • Participate in team training, coaching, and performance reviews regularly.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
  • Must be based in Indore and have good knowledge of the city.
  • Proven experience in sales (real estate preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and persuasive selling skills.
  • Resilient, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset.
  • Open to coaching, self-improvement, and growth.
  • (Preferred) Athletic or performance-driven background—someone who understands discipline, strategy, and competitiveness.
