We're looking for an experienced Recruiter to support hiring across Rippling's Customer Support, Sales, and Account Management teams in India. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoys building strong partnerships with hiring managers to deliver top talent.Key Responsibilities:- Manage full-cycle recruiting across Customer Support, Sales, and Account Management roles.- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, job requirements, and selection criteria.- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing and networking.- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage of the hiring process.- Drive hiring metrics and share regular progress updates with stakeholders.- Maintain accurate data and compliance in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).- Collaborate closely with the HR and TA operations teams to ensure a seamless process from offer to MBA degree or equivalent experience. - 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on Customer Support, Sales, or Account Management roles.- Proven success in managing end-to-end recruitment in high-growth or tech-driven organizations.- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.- Proficiency in sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Applicant Tracking Systems.- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
