**About The Role**
**What You'll Do**
- Facilitate interviews including Phone and Video
- Work cross-functionally across all teams and levels at Rippling and provide effective communication to both internal and external stakeholders
- Use our applicant tracking system, scheduling, and ticketing tools effectively
- Work on special projects and programs as needed
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor/Masters degree in human resources or business administration or another relevant field.
- Detail oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment
**Additional Information**
- Rippling highly values having employees working in-office to foster a collaborative work environment and company culture. For office-based employees (employees who live within a 40 mile radius of a Rippling office), Rippling considers working in the office, at least three days a week under current policy, to be an essential function of the employee's role._
