Business Development Executive(Cyber Security Product sales)

Yrs of work ex. – 3-5yrs in Cyber Security Product Sales. ( Preferably with technical IT background)

Work Location - Mumbai


Job Specifications


Basic understanding of Cybersecurity Services and products.

Follow up with client for update on requirement and PO process.

Meet client to understand their requirement and build pipeline.

Follow up with client for timely payment of invoices.

Pro-actively tracking renewals.

Strong communicator, both verbal and written

Brilliant presentation skills.

Exceptional sales and customer service skills

Skilled at negotiation and problem-solving

Experience and proficiency in Microsoft office and sales software.

Developing sales strategies and setting up goals.

Generating leads and reaching out to prospects.

Contacting customers and potential customers over calls, emails, and even in person.

Handling and resolving client queries and complaints.

Preparing, and drafting proposals and quotes.

Carrying on the sales process using the sales software.

Creating and maintaining customer relationship management data.

Achieving daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

Taking part in team meetings.
