- Proactively monitor market trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and propose tailored solutions.
- Provide end-user training and support to enhance product knowledge and efficacy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain organizational alignment and coherence.
- Track and analyse key performance metrics to gauge account health and optimize strategies for growth.
Preferred candidate: Exposure to diverse B2B sectors: copiers, office automation, sanitary/building materials, security/fire systems, water purifiers, coffee vending machines, etc.
