Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager at CandiClie Consultancy Pvt Ltd in Goregaon. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing and nurturing key accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring the success of strategic account management.


Requirement

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
  • Experience in Security and Facility Industry
  • Proven experience in account management
  • Ability to develop and execute effective business plans
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
  • Experience working with key accounts


As a Key Account Manager, he would be building and maintaining strong

relationships with key clients with exceptional service and driving business growth

 

a) Establish and nurture relationships with clients, understanding their objectives

and aligning them with our services

b) Identify opportunities for revenue growth (cross sale and up sale)

c) Identify up selling opportunities

d) Take feedback from clients to enhance our services.

e) Handle concerns raised by key clients and maintain positive relationships.

f) Collaborate with cross-functional teams like Sales and Operations to ensure
