About Us

We are Grabeco Packaging LLP (GoEco) — a leading manufacturer & exporter of sugarcane bagasse tableware, trusted by 20+ global companies across 5 continents (USA, UK, Australia, Dubai, Israel, etc.). Our products are BRCGS A+, BPI, TUV OK Compost, PFAS-free certified and widely accepted as eco-safe alternatives to plastics.

Now, we are expanding into the domestic corporate sector with a focus on Airlines, Multiplexes, Institutional Caterers (Sodexo, Compass), and Corporate Cafeterias.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Consultant on a 6–12 month assignment to spearhead our domestic corporate entry strategy.

The ideal candidate will already have strong connections with procurement heads in Airlines (TajSATS, SkyGourmet), Multiplex chains (PVR, Inox), Corporate caterers (Sodexo, Compass, Elior), and Institutional buyers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open doors with Airlines, Multiplexes, and Institutional buyers for pilot supplies.
  • Drive vendor registration, empanelment, and trial projects.
  • Negotiate commercial terms & secure long-term supply contracts.
  • Advise management on domestic pricing models, SKUs, and distribution strategy.
  • Deliver a minimum of 2–3 major corporate accounts within 6–12 months.
Qualifications & Experience
  • 12–20 years in Corporate B2B Sales / Procurement in food packaging, disposables, catering supplies, or allied sectors.
  • Strong existing network with procurement teams in airlines, multiplexes, and catering giants.
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability for results.
