You will be responsible for delivering measurable ROI through scaling, optimizing, and refining campaigns using sophisticated performance tracking and automation tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Campaign Management: Create, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, , Bing, and native platforms.
- Data-Driven Insights: Analyze data points, interpret multi-touch attribution models (MTA), and implement incremental tests to optimize CPA, ROAS, and LTV/CAC ratios.
- Advanced Bid Management: Implement automated bid strategies using rule-based algorithms and tCPA, ROAS, and Maximize Conversion bidding, with deep expertise in Google's Value-based Bidding.
- Funnel Optimization: Optimize top-of-funnel (TOF) and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) campaigns, improving CTR, CVR, and AOV, while reducing bounce rates and abandonment metrics across all touchpoints.
- Cohort & Segmentation Analysis: Leverage RFM analysis (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to segment audiences and increase campaign precision using affinity data, in-market segments, and lookalike modeling.
- A/B & Multivariate Testing: Drive statistical significance testing with split testing and implement Bayesian analysis or Frequentist hypothesis testing to continuously optimize ad copy, creative, and landing pages.
- Attribution Mastery: Use last-click, data-driven, linear, and U-shaped attribution models to properly allocate budget and optimize for revenue-driving campaigns.
- Deep Analytics & Reporting: Expert use of Google Analytics (GA4), Hotjar, Heap, and Looker to monitor key performance metrics and create automated reports and dashboards to monitor campaign health and efficacy.
- Advanced Forecasting: Predict campaign outcomes through predictive modeling and regression analysis, using historical data and machine learning models (if applicable) to drive growth KPIs.
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Employ Funnel Visualization (Google Analytics) and session replay to analyze user behavior and improve conversion paths.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, specifically handling budgets >$100,000 per month.
- Expert in tools like Google Ads Editor, FB Business Manager, Smartly.io, and Kenshoo.
- Proficient in SQL for ad hoc queries, Excel/Google Sheets for advanced data analysis (INDEX/MATCH, ARRAYFORMULA, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, and Pivot Tables).
- Deep knowledge of tracking pixels, UTM parameters, first-party data, and cookie-less tracking for effective campaign tracking and remarketing.
- Strong grasp of LTV, ROAS, and CAC: Understanding the formulae that drive growth:
- LTV = (ARPU x Gross Margin % x Average Customer Lifespan) / Churn Rate
- ROAS = (Revenue from Ad Spend) / Cost of Ad Spend
- CAC = Total Cost of Acquiring Customers / Total Customers Acquired
- Experience with Tag Management: Must know Google Tag Manager (GTM) inside out to manage event tracking and trigger-based conversion actions.
- Ability to automate reporting and build custom dashboards in platforms like Google Data Studio and PowerBI.
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with Python or R for automating data processes or predictive modeling.
- Advanced knowledge of first-party data strategies and post-iOS 14.5 retargeting solutions.
