We are looking for a talented **Performance Marketing & UI/UX Designer** to join our team and contribute to both our marketing efforts and user experience design. **Job Overview**:
As a **Performance Marketing & UI/UX Designer**, you will be responsible for driving growth through **data-driven marketing campaigns** while ensuring that our digital experiences are intuitive, user-friendly, and optimized for conversions. In this role, you will work at the intersection of **digital marketing** and **user experience design**, optimizing user journeys and increasing the effectiveness of our campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities:Performance Marketing & Campaign Management**:
- **Campaign Setup & Optimization**:
- Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of **performance marketing campaigns** across digital platforms such as **Google Ads**, **Facebook Ads**, **Instagram**, and other relevant channels.
- Conduct **keyword research**, audience segmentation, and refine targeting to improve ad performance and engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS), and optimize strategies to meet marketing goals.
- **A/B Testing & Conversion Optimization**:
- Support A/B testing and multivariate testing for landing pages, ads, and user flows to improve **conversion rates** and campaign effectiveness.
- Analyze user behavior data and use insights to iterate on marketing strategies and optimize for maximum ROI.
- **Collaboration with Creative Teams**:
- Work closely with the **content** and **design teams** to create compelling ad creatives, landing pages, and campaigns that drive engagement and conversions.
- Ensure that all marketing materials are aligned with the **brand identity** and designed to optimize user interaction.
**UI/UX Design & Optimization**:
- **Collaborate on User-Centric Designs**:
- Conduct **user research** (surveys, interviews, etc.) and create **personas** to better understand user needs and behaviors.
- Design **wireframes**, **prototypes**, and **high-fidelity UI designs** for web and mobile apps that focus on both **user experience** and **conversion optimization**.
- **User Flow & Journey Mapping**:
- Create **user flows**, **journey maps**, and **interaction models** that guide users through seamless experiences, ensuring high usability and accessibility.
- Ensure consistent visual elements and design language across all platforms, devices, and digital marketing assets.
- **Usability Testing & Iteration**:
- Conduct **usability testing** and gather feedback to refine designs and improve the overall user experience.
- Iterate on designs based on data insights from both **performance marketing** campaigns and user feedback.
- **Pixel-Perfect Execution**:
- Work closely with developers to ensure **pixel-perfect execution** of designs, aligning with best practices in both **marketing** and **UI/UX design**.
**Data-Driven Design & Strategy**:
- **Marketing Analytics**:
- Utilize **Google Analytics**, **heatmaps**, and other analytics tools to monitor user behavior on landing pages and throughout the user journey.
- Provide **insights** into design and marketing performance, ensuring that design choices align with key performance metrics and business objectives.
- **Continuous Learning & Optimization**:
- Stay updated with the latest trends in **digital marketing**, **UI/UX design**, and **Med-Tech** to continuously improve both the marketing strategies and user experiences.
- Identify opportunities for growth by analyzing both **design** and **marketing** data, improving conversion rates and overall user satisfaction.
