As anAdmissions Counsellor , you will act as a trusted advisor to prospective learners across global markets, guiding them through their career and learning journey.Key Responsibilities: Counsel potential learners and guide them in choosing suitable programs for their career goals. Manage the complete sales lifecycle — from lead outreach, product demo, and conversion, to post-sales engagement. Achieve weekly targets for enrollments, revenue, and collections. Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline and CRM database. Clearly articulate the value and impact of upGrad’s learning solutions. Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance learner experience and sales outcomes.What We’re Looking For: 2–5 years of experience ininternational sales(preferably inEdTech ). Excellentcommunication and interpersonalskills. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding ofglobal cultural nuancesand student behavior. Goal-driven, empathetic, and disciplined professional. Proficient withMS Officeand familiar withCRM tools .
