About Kanoo Elite :Kanoo Elite is a GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) based global level consulting and outsourcing firm leveraging deep technology expertise, strong industry experience and a comprehensive portfolio of services.We have constantly strengthened the proposition of providing an end-to-end experience to customers with strong strategy and design skills, implementation and technical abilities and industry leading sustenance models.Job Description :We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.The ideal candidate should also possess knowledge of LS Retail, which will be considered an added advantage.Responsibilities :- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.- Design, configure, and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to meet client needs.- Conduct system analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.- Perform data migration, integration, and testing activities to ensure smooth implementation.- Provide training and support to end-users on the use of Business Central and LS Retail modules.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the implementation and usage of the system.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to deliver high-quality solutions.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and LS Retail.Requirements :- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Proven experience as a Techno-Functional Consultant working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.- Strong understanding of business processes and functional areas within the retail industry.- Knowledge of LS Retail will be considered an added advantage.- Proficient in configuring and customizing Business Central using extensions, AL language, and C/SIDE.- Experience in data migration, integration, and testing activities.- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously (ref:hirist.tech)
