Job title-RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE Location- PUNE,Phoenix Mall of the Millennium, Wakad, Reports toSTORE MANAGERKey Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and recommending suitable products. Achieve individual and store sales targets. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain visual merchandising standards as per brand guidelines (if required). Assist in daily store opening and closing activities (depend on shift) Ensure proper billing, cash handling, and reconciliation. Support in stock management, including goods receipt, tagging, and replenishment. Maintain store hygiene, safety, and overall presentation. Conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and discrepancies- corporate with Store Manager. Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for stock transfers and returns. Update inventory records and assist in periodic stock-taking.Qualifications & Skills: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, Retail Management). 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in apparel, electronics, or FMCG. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Customer-focused attitude with a proactive approach. Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS systems). Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Achievement of sales targets. Customer satisfaction scores. Store operations efficiency.
