We’re seeking a results-driven and innovative Performance Marketing Specialist with a passion for driving growth and optimizing digital campaigns. If you excel in data analysis, paid advertising, and crafting strategies that convert, we’d love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and others).
  • Analyze performance metrics to uncover actionable insights and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to design engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Manage budgets efficiently to ensure maximum impact and profitability.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and tools to ensure Zuri remains competitive.
  • Develop A/B testing strategies to refine campaigns and boost conversions.
  • Report campaign performance to stakeholders with clear and actionable recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in performance marketing, particularly in e-commerce or furniture industries (preferred).
  • Expertise in paid media platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and CRO is a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
