Job Title: Management Trainee – Human Resources (plant)Function: Human ResourcesLocation: Daman/Vapi Reporting to: Manager HR Position OBJECTIVETo support all HR functions within a manufacturing environment by assisting with daily operations, gaining practical experience in recruitment, employee relations, training, and compliance, and ensuring the smooth running of the HR departmentKey ResponsibilitiesAssist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for factory and plant positions to ensure smooth running of plant.Maintain and update daily employee records, attendance, leaves, manpower, overtime and other essential HR documentation for seamless payroll processMaintain accurate data of the plant employees the HRIS softwareMaintain Contractor muster in excel to ensure precise HR compliancesMaintain master sheet of workers to ensure HR team has correct data Maintain Personal file Form of New Workers & biometric system to ensure smooth HR compliance Supporting all HR activities recruitment, payroll, performance management, training programs, employee engagement and the maintenance of HR records, with a focus on a safe and productive factory environment for proper functioning of plant. Maintain food Coupons and Maintain Records in Register & Excel SheetEnsure canteen supervision, housekeeping monitoring, welfare activities to support the plant HR team to ensure employee engagement etcQualifications and ExperienceQualificationGraduate with MBA in HRExperienceProficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Basic understanding of HR concepts and labour laws.KEY Skills and CompetenciesInterpersonal & good communication SkillsStakeholder ManagementAnalytical Skills Problem-solving and conflict resolution skillsAbility to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
