Responsibilities-Actively managing Customer acquisition portfolio. Identifying and cultivating new clients to meet monthly sales objectives. To maximize share of wallet, provide high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell possibilities within existing consumers. Pre-sales and post-sales follow-up coordination Weekly and monthly KPIs are being met and exceeded. Analysis of Key Accounts Market trends are being tracked, and frequent competitor input is being provided. Follow & commit with Yotta’s Policy statements (eg. QMS/EMS/OHS/ISMS/PIMS/ITSM etc) Undertake applicable training as communicated from time to time. Participation in Risk assessment process, contribute in achieving departmental & management system objectives & Assist in maintaining PIMS controls throughout personal data lifecycle.Required Skills-Industry Knowledge: A minimum of 8 -15 years of experience Business Acumen: Proficient at uncovering key business issues and providing insightful, actionable recommendations for improvement. Change Management: Evidence of successful experience helping others manage change in their organizations. A strong aptitude for problem-solving, negotiation, and mediation skills Strong communication skills and ability to perform effectively in a demanding environmentPreferred Skills-Art of skillful conversation Creativity & Problem Solving Learning on fly Business Acumen Dealing with ambiguity Building Trust Customer Focus Intellectual Horsepower (Functional Skills) Action Orientation & Accountability Prioritizing, Planning & organizing Listening, Sensing, Observing Building Collaborative RelationshipsQualifications-Must hold a certificate or degree in sales, marketing, business administration, or a similar discipline. 8 - 15 years of experience in Enterprise IT/ Telecom sales and solutions (Global and Domestic) Knowledge of CRM software (such as Salesforce) would be advantageous.Location : Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Chennai
