Role Purpose :


Reporting to the Oracle Cloud Lead and working closely with other team members within the Business Solutions team you will provide support to the teams and users working with Oracle Fusion. Providing first line support for issues and timely and accurate data administration activities to support business activities always ensuring appropriate approvals and evidence are obtained for all changes.

Main Responsibilities :

User Access :

- Support the joiners, movers and leavers process ensuring all and only appropriate access is provided to employees based on their role.

- Support the application and routine audit of a User Access policy ensuring all segregation of duties requirements and data control requirements are adhered to

Application Maintenance - support application changes including (but not limited to) :

- Manage requests for changes to the Chart of Accounts, security rules and cross validation rules in Oracle ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained and documented

- Manage project and task maintenance and time writing access as required (in Workday) ensuring appropriate approvals are obtained and documented

- Manage requests for any additional transaction types and or analysis types in Oracle (e.g.AR transaction types, Purchasing Categories, List of Values) ensuring (through liaison with team members if necessary) any impact on existing processes and interfaces is understood

- Support maintenance and changes to the approval hierarchies within Oracle ensuring all appropriate approvals are obtained and documented

Application Support :

- Manage requests and incidents from business users relating to Oracle Fusion and Workday HR ensuring they are prioritised and assigned to the appropriate resources.

- Using available tools and reports monitor application workflows for error and ensure any issues are dealt with, escalating to team members and/or Oracle support if required

- Liaise with team members and support partners to ensure that issues are tracked and managed to resolution, escalating, when necessary, within the team to ensure that priority is given

- Under direction from team members support in the testing of periodic updates to Oracle and Workday (time writing)

- Under direction from team members assist with project delivery associated with the Oracle Fusion platform

Documentation and Compliance :

- Support the creation of simple, clear process documentation to support application management

- Ensure the process documentation remains up to date for any changes in process or changes

- Support Audit activities as required

About You :

- An experienced ERP support analyst specialising in data support and administration in relation to finance and supply chain ERP systems.

- 2-3 years Oracle experience, Oracle Fusion preferred

- Understanding of finance and supply chain business processes

- Experience in engagement with business stakeholders
