Job Summary:

As a Semiconductor Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent for our semiconductor clients. This role requires deep knowledge of the semiconductor industry, the ability to work closely with hiring managers, and strong expertise in identifying the right talent across technical and non-technical roles. You will play a critical role in helping build high-performing teams that drive innovation in the semiconductor sector.


Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening:

  • Source and identify high-quality candidates for semiconductor-related positions, including engineering, R&D, manufacturing, operations, and management roles.
  • Leverage various recruiting channels such as job boards, social media, , and networking events.
  • Screen and evaluate resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and client teams to understand job requirements, company culture, and project needs.
  • Provide expert advice on hiring trends, compensation packages, and talent market insights within the semiconductor industry.

Candidate Experience:

  • Ensure a positive and professional experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Guide candidates through interviews, feedback, and offer stages, and maintain clear communication.


Job Posting & Reporting:

  • Write and post job advertisements, ensuring they align with the client’s expectations and requirements.
  • Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline, and hiring success rates.

Offer Negotiation & Onboarding:

  • Assist in negotiating job offers, ensuring alignment between the candidate's expectations and the client’s offerings.
  • Facilitate the onboarding process and provide post-placement support to ensure successful integration into the client's team.


Skills & Experience:

This is an Individual contributor role

2 to 4 years of sourcing Experience in Engineering/Semiconductor/Automotive requirement.

Must be well versed with India Recruitment Process.

Excellent sourcing skills by using Boolean, Keywords and Job posting.

Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Excellent communication skills, time management skills and negotiation skills

Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and hiring managers

Hands on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc)

Should be willing to source through different job boards, social media, etc.

Must have sourcing exp in Semiconductor requirements line Validation Engineer, Validation Tester, Post Silicon Validation/Pre Silicon Validation, Firmware Developer, Firmware Validation, Embedded, C/C++, PCIE, BMC, BIOS, Python Automation, Azure DevOps, TPM, Power BI, Python Developer etc.



Work Location: Pune or Hyderabad (Hybrid) 3 Days from office.
