Key Responsibilities:


- Strategic Planning and Execution:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies for civil contracts and services that align with the company's project goals and budgetary constraints.

- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and quality improvements.


- Contract Management:

- Lead the negotiation, drafting, and management of contracts with suppliers and service providers.

- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards in all procurement activities.

- Monitor contract performance and manage any disputes or changes to contract terms.


- Vendor Management:

- Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers and contractors based on quality, cost, and delivery performance.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure the timely supply of high-quality materials and services.

- Conduct regular performance reviews and audits of suppliers to ensure compliance with contract terms and company standards.


- Project Coordination:

- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and timelines.

- Ensure the seamless integration of procurement activities with project schedules and milestones.

- Provide regular updates on procurement status and any potential issues or delays.


- Budget and Financial Management:

- Develop and manage the procurement budget for civil contracts and services.

- Leadership and Team Development:

- Lead and mentor the procurement team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

- Risk Management:

- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the procurement of civil contracts and services.

Qualifications:


- Education:

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, PMP) is preferred.


- Experience:

- 20-25 years of experience in procurement of civil contracts and services.

- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil procurement projects.
