Position - Senior Manager Treasury

Skills - Trade finance, BG, LC

Years of exp - 7 to 10 years

Qualification - Law or MBA

Location - Gurugram

The Job holder will be expected to work closely with Banks and

internal Business stakeholders in coordinating the issuance of BG’s

and LC’s for the Businesses in the region


- The Job holder will be the first point of contact for advisory on

texts and clauses in incoming and outgoing BG and LC texts to internal

Business units, Tendering teams and the Project managers.


- Expected to vet the incoming and outgoing

BG/LC and related texts in commercial contracts to ensure that the

risks if any from BUSINESS perspective are adequately addressed

and taken care of.


- Drive Automation and Digital initiatives in the processes around BG

and LC’s to bring operational efficiencies. Benchmark internal

processes and systems against industry and market best practices to

continuously aim for process improvements


- Be instrumental is building a center of excellence on topics

related to Trade Finance, including providing training and

guidance’s to business / project team on Trade Finance products,

solutions and regulations.


- Be a go-to person for advisory on different Trade structures,

Project exports, and FEMA regulations on cross-border trade.


QUALIFICATIONS - EXTERNAL


- 7-10 years of relevant experience of working in a Corporate

or Bank Treasury/Trade finance organizations


- · Having knowledge of Trade Finance Products including Bank

Guarantees (BG), Letters of Credit (LC), UCP 600, Banking Laws,

Practices & Products, FEMA regulations. Experience of working in

process driven organizations.


- Holding a post graduate degree in Management, with consistent

and good academic qualifications.
