Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, Treasury-Record to Report
In this role, we are looking for a strong SME & Team Lead who would be responsible for providing support to Treasury Operations and ensure timely error-free processing of activities related to Cash Management, Bank Admin, Interco, FX and Derivative transactions for business entities across region. The candidate must be customer centric and ensure timely resolution of counterparties and businesses' queries. In addition to this, he/she must also support and lead key treasury initiatives and projects.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the planning and execution of day-to-day and period-end Treasury activities related accounting, Closing & Reporting of Treasury Products by ensuring compliance.
• Working knowledge on various Treasury Products like Money Market, Foreign Exchange and Derivative (FX spots, forwards, swaps, options, non-deliverable forwards, interest rate swaps and cross currency swaps)
• Coordinating and liaison with multiple teams including Banks, Front Office, Middle Office, Configuration Team, Accounting Team and ensuring timely resolutions and high-quality service delivery.
• Analyze and report out Business metrics (KPIs) to measure process performance.
• Proactively identify opportunities and lead initiatives to improve & streamline processes and enhance controllership, while ensuring compliance across all Treasury processes.
• Preparation of MIS and reporting to Stakeholder’s & higher management
• Should be able to lead the team & effectively delegate responsibilities.
Qualifications
Minimum qualifications
• Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce/ MBA from a recognized university with minimum post-qualification work experience – 8 to 10 Years
• Knowledge on Treasury Management Systems & ERPs
• Good understanding of FX and Debt products, aptitude for numbers, Knowledge of US GAAP
• Knowledge of MS Office Tools – Word, Power point and Excel
• Possess good communication skills and have experience in handling customer requests and queries directly.

Preferred qualifications

• Candidates with CA/CA Inter degree with relevant work experience. 
• Preferred to have automated bent of mind, lean/ six-sigma understanding, knowledge of Power BI, Tableau.

Additional Requirements

• Flexible to work in different shift timings (any 9 hours window: 12 pm – 12 am)
• Willing to work on Indian Holidays
• RTO Mandatory
