Job Overview:

Battery Smart is seeking an experienced and expert Digital Marketing professional to own and drive our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies. You will develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on social media, SEO, SEM, and digital advertising campaigns.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Development : Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s goals, focusing on social media, SEO, SEM, email marketing, and digital advertising campaigns.
  • Digital Advertising : Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns across various platforms including Google AdWords and Meta Ads, ensuring maximum ROI.
  • Social Media Management : Manage and grow our social media profiles and presence (primarily , X, and Instagram), driving engagement and increasing followers through creative and strategic content.
  • Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze digital marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve performance and ROI.
  • SEO/SEM Management : Implement and manage search engine optimization strategies, including keyword research, link building, and PPC campaigns to increase rankings on all major search networks.
  • Budget Management : Manage the digital marketing budget, allocating resources efficiently to maximize results across all campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • At least 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful digital strategy development and execution.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Meta Ads Manager, and MailChimp.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other methods to test and optimize digital campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels and techniques including social media (, X, Instagram, YouTube), SEO, SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in using digital analytics tools
  • Creativity and an eye for design, with the ability to work closely with creative teams to develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences.
