Notice Period : 045 Days (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team in Mumbai or Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Experience Manager (6.5+), component development, integration, and performance optimization. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level web applications and digital experiences on the AEM platform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement custom components, templates, and workflows in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM 6.5+).

- Build and maintain Sling Models, OSGi services, and HTL (Sightly) scripts.

- Integrate AEM with back-end services, RESTful APIs, and third-party platforms.

- Work on AEM Dispatcher configurations, caching strategies, and performance optimization.

- Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver scalable, user-centric digital experiences.

- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning of AEM applications.

- Implement security best practices and support authentication/authorization mechanisms.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, version control (Git), and DevOps practices for AEM projects.

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L3-level support when required.

- Document technical specifications, system designs, and best practices for AEM development.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 6+ years of experience as an AEM Developer.

- Strong expertise in Adobe Experience Manager 6.5+, Sling Models, OSGi, HTL (Sightly), and JCR (Java Content Repository).

- Proficiency in Java/J2EE and web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery).

- Experience integrating AEM with RESTful APIs, SOAP services, and external applications.

- Understanding of Dispatcher configurations, CDN integration, and caching.

- Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, etc.) for automated deployments.

- Familiarity with cloud-based AEM setups (Adobe Cloud Manager / AMS / AEMaaCS) is a plus.

- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.
