**AEM Technical Architect**:
As an **AEM Architect job **role**, **you will be part of the leadership team in our growing AEM Practice. You will work closely with our clients on critical digital transformation programs which drive the customer experience, optimize costs, create efficiencies, and deliver business outcomes.

**AEM Architect Job Description**:

- As an AEM Architect, Web-based technologies along with single sign-on products, AEM, SOA or Microservice architectures, content management systems (including Headless), portals and search technologies, and high-level knowledge of enterprise system architectures
- 7-8 years of experience as an AEM Full-stack Architect or AEM Architect job involved in coding with Java/J2EE
- Minimum ten years of experience with WCM (Can be any CMS)
- Has been an architect or co-architect on at least three AEM-based solutions or projects
- Has experience in working with different persistence architectures (Architectures include: Binary storages, content storage, relational databases, index technologies, and cloud installation)
- Has the ability to architect an entire AEM infrastructure/environment
- Can architect an AEM -based solution
- Can complete As Is/Discovery analysis of client architecture
- Is capable of abstracting functional requirements based on customer vision and writing coherent available specifications
- It is capable of identifying colliding requirements and can moderate the resolution of functional conflict.
- Has more than eight years of experience as a Senior AEM Developer in designing and developing solutions involving a high degree of technical complexity along with excellent consultancy skills
- Can work with project management teams to identify the appropriate delivery approach and resourcing mix for a project
- Actively shares industry trends and vendor information with colleagues through informal communication, formal presentations, and training sessions.
- Should have a degree in Software Engineering or Computer Science.

**What you need to apply**:

- You have 12+ years of overall development experience and a minimum of 6+ years of Adobe AEM/CQ experience implementing full-cycle Adobe AEM projects.
- Experience in the Web and ECMS technologies
- Extensive AEM architecture and technology (Experience in Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework, DAM, and Workflows are required.)
- Experience integrating AEM with other Adobe Marketing Cloud products, such as Analytics, Target, and Campaign.
- Solid experience with AEM building blocks, including templates, components, dialogs, widgets, and bundles. Experience with data migration in AEM
- Familiar with Multi-Site Manager (MSM), Language Copy, and Dispatcher. Experience with communicating to different internal servers, and databases from AEM, using both front-end (ajax, cookies) and back-end technologies (servlet, OSGi service, Sling)
Articulate technical solutions and how they can tackle client business problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Adapt to and effectively work with various clients and in challenging situations, employing strong facilitation skills and establishing credibility and trust quickly.
- Conceptually understand business requirements and translate them into architecture, design, and development activities for our most complex and large Web-based solutions.
- Provide input and leadership in estimating and other delivery process activities and execute engagements following the Agile methodology, including SCRUM.
- I am debugging and appropriate debugging tools usage skills in general TCP/IP networking, UNIX Operating system, HTTP protocol, request processing, SMTP, etc.
- Proficiency in at least one of the current SQL dialects.
- Proficiency in HTML, DHTML, CSS, etc.
- Proficiency in XML and related technologies, e.g., definition and interpretation of DTDs, supporting architectures, etc., preferably including XSLT, extended DTD know-how, XML dialects such as SOAP, WML, ICE, etc.
- Administration and debugging of Web servers, e.g., Apache.
- Proficiency in developing Java Server Pages and related technologies (Taglibs, EJBs, JavaBeans, and Java per se).
Understanding, installing, and administering Tomcat Servlet Engine or any commercial Application Server and using respective technologies (Java Servlet, Java Server Pages).
- It is optimizing web solutions and architecting them to accommodate performance requirements.
- Knowledge in the Sling or OSGi frameworks, JCR API, RESTful principles or ExtJS framework, Dispatcher or CDNs a plus.What You Get
