Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior AEM Full Stack Developer to lead projects that extend and enhance the Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) platform. You will work closely with clients to translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions. This role demands expertise in AEM, a strong understanding of front-end and back-end technologies, and excellent communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Translate complex business requirements into detailed technical specifications.

Define the scope of development and ensure timely delivery.

Provide technical expertise in AEM development and implementation.

Interact with clients to lead technical discussions and communicate complex concepts professionally.

Write high-quality code following industry standards and best practices.

Review and troubleshoot application code, providing constructive feedback.

Architect and implement scalable AEM solutions, including component development, dialogs, and Sling Models.

Integrate third-party services with AEM and manage configurations for AEM Dispatchers.

Ensure quality, scope consistency, and project delivery milestones.

Mentor and guide team members on AEM best practices.

Support the sales team as an AEM SME for client presentations, proposals, and technical pitches.

Champion AEM practices internally via presentations and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on AEM implementation experience.

Technical Expertise:

Apache Sling, Java Content Repository (JCR), OSGi, and Apache Felix.

AEM Component Development (HTL, SASS, JavaScript frameworks).

Backend development expertise with Java, JSP, Servlets, J2EE, Spring, and design patterns.

Strong understanding of front-end technologies (e.g., React, , Angular).

Proficient in AEM Dispatcher configuration and setup.

Solid experience in AEM Assets and integration with Adobe Experience Cloud.

Strong communication and presentation skills to interface with clients and stakeholders.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications:

2+ years of full-stack development experience.

2+ years of AEM DevOps experience.

Adobe Experience Manager Architect Certification.

Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud solutions (e.g., Launch, Target, Campaign).

Knowledge of Martech integrations and headless CMS solutions.

Proficiency in coaching and mentoring team members.

Support sales teams by providing AEM technical expertise during client engagements.

Estimate end-to-end AEM design and development efforts to define project scope.

Architect scalable and efficient AEM solutions while mentoring CMS engineers.

Ensure project quality and client satisfaction by delivering solutions on time.

Establish coding standards and best practices for consistent delivery results.

Build thought leadership through knowledge-sharing sessions and external content.

Facilitate training, demos, and client interactions to expand AEM expertise.

What We'd Love to See:

Expertise in AEM Component Development, Adobe Launch, and Adobe Target.

Experience in conceptualizing, designing, and deploying end-to-end AEM solutions.

Certification as an AEM Architect.

Hands-on knowledge of backend Java and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, ).

Broad understanding of the Adobe Experience Cloud stack (Assets, Analytics, Launch, Campaign).

Competence in leading teams and managing client interactions effectively.
