We are seeking a highly skilled AEM Certified Developer to join our Chennai team. The ideal candidate will hold a valid Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) certification and have strong experience in designing, developing, and implementing solutions on the AEM platform. The role involves close collaboration with architects, front-end developers, and business stakeholders to create scalable and efficient content management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, customize, and implement certified AEM components, templates, and workflows based on project requirements.
  • Work in collaboration with front-end developers to deliver user-focused AEM solutions for seamless content management.
  • Build and integrate back-end AEM services using Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR (Java Content Repository).
  • Integrate AEM with third-party systems (CRM, eCommerce, etc.) using RESTful APIs.
  • Follow AEM best practices and certified development standards, ensuring compliance with Adobes certification guidelines.
  • Design and maintain AEM workflows and content models to streamline content authoring and publishing.
  • Participate in the end-to-end development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
  • Ensure code quality and performance through certified coding practices, testing, and optimization.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in AEM applications, providing technical support during projects.
  • Stay current with Adobe certification updates and latest advancements in AEM technology.

Skills And Qualifications

  • Mandatory Adobe AEM Developer Certification.
  • 5- 8 years of proven hands-on experience in AEM development (versions 6.x and above).
  • Strong proficiency in Java, OSGi, Apache Sling, and JCR.
  • Expertise in AEM component and template development, workflows, and content migration.
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AEM with third-party systems using REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with build and CI/CD tools such as Maven, Jenkins, and Git.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and performance tuning skills in AEM.
