are looking for a seasoned Business Analyst with strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud, especially in supporting Financial Advisors.The ideal candidate should be proficient in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, campaign management, and Agile methodologies including JIRA, scrum meetings, and sprint planning.Strong skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and team leadership (10+ members) are essential.Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and planning abilities are a must.Job Description:- Collaborate with required stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.- Apply effective requirements elicitation techniques such as interviews, workshops, surveys, and observation to ensure comprehensive understanding of business needs.- Create and maintain high-quality documentation including business requirements, process flows, user guides, and training materials.- Lead the implementation and optimization of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud solutions.- Manage and execute Salesforce Marketing Cloud campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals.- Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and other Scrum ceremonies.- Use JIRA for backlog grooming, sprint tracking, and issue resolution.- Translate business needs into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.- Work closely with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and project managers.- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of :10 members, ensuring productivity and collaboration.- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and success.- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.- Prepare and present reports, dashboards, and insights to Type: Full Type: Permanent.
