The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer support in a fast-paced international voice process environment.Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls related to US healthcare services. Communicate effectively in both Spanish and English with customers to resolve queries and provide accurate information. Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. Document customer interactions and follow up on pending issues. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns. Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards.Mandatory Skills: Bilingual proficiency inSpanish and English(verbal and written). Prior experience inUS callingandinternational voice process . Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work innight shiftsand from theoffice . Experience inBPO voice supportor similar customer-facing roles.Preferred Qualifications: Experience inUS Healthcarecustomer service. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.
