Prior experience inUS callingandinternational voice process . Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work innight shiftsand from theoffice . Experience inBPO voice supportor similar customer-facing roles.Preferred Qualifications: Experience inUS Healthcarecustomer service. Familiarity with healthcare terminology and processes.
