Key Responsibilities:1. Sales Growth Strategy & Execution:- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve and exceed annual targets.- Analyze sales performance metrics and adjust strategies to ensure consistent growth.- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize products, workshops, and seminars for better market reach.- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to conversion and retention.2. Social Media Strategy & Management:- Create and execute a robust social media plan across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Medium, and YouTube.- Develop and oversee engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, blogs) to increase brand engagement.- Monitor analytics to measure the impact of campaigns and optimize based on insights.3. Outreach & Event Management:- Plan and coordinate exhibitions, workshops, and community events to showcase STEM programs.- Build and maintain relationships with event organizers, schools, and partners.- Ensure timely follow-ups with leads from events to convert them into business opportunities.4. Website & Digital Presence:- Oversee the maintenance, accuracy, and SEO optimization of the company website.- Work closely with the content and design teams to enhance user experience and digital visibility.5. Brand Outreach & Communications:- Manage creation and distribution of newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.- Collaborate with media outlets for coverage, interviews, and feature articles.- Drive storytelling initiatives that align with the brand's mission and values.Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.- 3-7 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in education, EdTech, or STEM-related sectors.- Proven ability to design and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.- Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a startup environment.- Passion for STEM education and making a social impact through learning innovation.
