Qualifications and Skills

  • Demonstrated experience of at least 1 year in a field sales environment, showcasing strong ability to drive sales targets.
  • Proven track record in BFSI sector, providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive client relationships.
  • In-depth understanding and experience with CASA, used to improve client advisory and increase market share.
  • Familiarity with FMCG industry dynamics to effectively cater to client needs and build sustainable partnerships.
  • Solid working knowledge in life insurance products, ensuring clients receive tailored solutions meeting their needs.
  • Proficiency in credit card sales, employing client-centric approaches that align with company goals and strategies.
  • Strong expertise in loan sales procedures, ensuring compliance and achieving outstanding customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in B2B sales that demonstrates an ability to negotiate and secure favorable contracts.
