Delivery Head - Recruiting Operations (Domestic India Staffing Market)


Role Overview:

The Delivery Head for Recruiting Operations will lead and manage recruitment efforts for the domestic contingent staffing market in India. This individual will ensure high-quality delivery, team growth, and alignment with the fast-paced demands of the Indian staffing landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruiting Operations Leadership:
  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for the Indian contingent staffing market.
  • Ensure timely and quality delivery across all client portfolios within the domestic market.
  1. Client and Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Work closely with Account Management and Sales teams to align recruitment strategies with client needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction.
  1. Process Improvement and Scalability:
  • Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and lead initiatives to improve processes.
  • Implement recruitment technologies and best practices to ensure scalability and agility.
  1. Team Development and Retention:
  • Develop and execute training programs to upskill recruiting teams for domestic market nuances.
  • Foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture, with a focus on career growth.
  1. Performance Metrics and Accountability:
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure team and individual success.
  • Provide regular feedback and performance reviews to drive accountability and results.
  1. Recruitment Team Management:
  • Build and lead a robust recruitment team in India to address the unique demands of the domestic market.
  • Encourage innovation and adaptability to meet diverse client requirements.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on domestic contingent staffing.
  • Proven track record of managing recruitment teams and delivering results in the Indian market.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance requirements, and industry best practices within India.
  • Expertise in process optimization, technology adoption, and team leadership.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
